Acceptance of Terms

AI Image Layers provides image upload, automated layer separation, preview, and export features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Uploaded Content

You retain the rights you hold in images you upload. You grant AI Image Layers the limited permission required to process those images and deliver requested previews or exports. You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process each image.

Product Results

Layer separation is automated and results depend on the source image. Previews and exports may contain errors, missing elements, imperfect transparency, or reconstructed content. You are responsible for reviewing results before using them in production or sharing them with others.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload, process, create, or distribute content that is NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or intended to facilitate sexual services. This prohibition applies to real, fictional, illustrated, and AI-generated content.

You also may not use the service to process child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor; non-consensual intimate imagery; deepfakes or deceptive face manipulation; content that violates law, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; content promoting violence, exploitation, harassment, hate, fraud, or other illegal activity; or malware and other harmful material. You may not interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, or bypass moderation, preview, download, payment, rate-limit, or security controls.

We may use automated and manual moderation, block processing, remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, and report activity to appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides additional detail and forms part of these Terms.

Pricing and Payments

Paid plans, allowances, renewal terms, and prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled where stated. Refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. Payment processing may be provided by a third party under its own terms.

Intellectual Property

The AI Image Layers website, branding, software, interface, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.

Availability and Termination

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
