Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of AI Image Layers, including image uploads, automated layer separation, previews, exports, and related account features. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Sexual and Adult Content

You may not upload, process, create, request, or distribute content that is:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
• sexually exploitative or intended to facilitate sexual services;
• child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor, whether real, fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated; or
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes.

These restrictions apply to real, fictional, illustrated, and AI-generated content, regardless of whether the content is public or private.

Other Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI Image Layers to:

• create or process deceptive face swaps, deepfakes, or other face manipulation;
• violate any law or another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• promote violence, exploitation, harassment, hate, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• upload malware or material intended to compromise systems or users;
• impersonate others or misrepresent the origin or authenticity of content;
• interfere with the service or gain unauthorized access; or
• evade or bypass moderation, usage limits, payment requirements, or security controls.

Enforcement

We may use automated and manual moderation to review inputs and outputs. We may refuse processing, remove content, restrict or terminate access, preserve relevant records, and report activity to appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, or comply with law.
